HOW TO REGISTER
1) On-line
To register on-line please click here.
A registration form will appear on the screen; participants will have to enter their personal data, the details to issue the invoice and select the type of registration.
After entering and confirming such data, participants will have to enter the data of the credit card they will use for the payment.
When the payment procedures are over, a confirmation of the registration will be displayed. The confirmation will include also a personal PIN code that can be used also to send abstracts so that the personal data must not be entered all over again.
At the same time the confirmation of the registration will be sent by to the e-mail address that participants will have previously entered. The credit card charging receipt will also be e-mailed by the Bank to the same address.
Later on Koinè Eventi will send an invoice to the postal address given while making the registration.
2)Submission of the registration form
To register by using the registration form please download the form from our website, fill it out and end it to the organizing secretariat together with the corresponding payment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
- bank cheque in favour of Koinè eventi snc - The cheque will have to be sent, possibly by registered mail, to the organizing Koinè eventi snc. Via Fontane, 24, 25133 Brescia, together with the registration form.;
- bank-to-bank transfer in favour of Koinè eventi snc

A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be sent by fax (+39/030 2096783), together with the registration form;
IMPORTANT
Forms sent without the corresponding payment will not be taken into consideration.
Regular invoice will be sent by Koinè eventi snc to the mail address reported in the form when payment is proved.
REGISTRATIONS MADE BY COMPANIES / AND OR INSTITUTIONS
Registrations made by companies and/or institutions must be confirmed in writing by one of their authorized Offices.
The confirmation must be sent together with the registration form and must specify the name, address and VAT Number (for Italian and European Companies) of the Company/institution.
For this reason it is not possible for companies and institutions to register on-line.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
Cancellations received by August 30 2010 will be entitled to a complete refund of the paid amount.
Cancellations received after that date will not be entitled to any refund
